The U.S.-Taiwan Business Council will hold its 2014 annual Defense Industry Conference in Williamsburg, VA on October 5-7. Todd C. Chapman, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, U.S. Department of State, will provide the keynote address.
